The Dorset Bay collection is about creating great fashion that�s earth friendly. Thoughtfully designed canvas bags, crafted using responsibly sourced, recycled materials. Slow fashion for ethical consciences. We consider it our responsibility to only use sustainable materials and because sustainable fashion is made to last and this is a direction that we firmly believe we should all be taking. Our products are handmade by artisans using traditional methods passed down from generations and all our products have a rustic nature, and no two items are identical in size and finish which we think is part of the charm. OUR PROCESS: we take old canvas tents & tarpaulins that are nearing the end of their life span. Any worn parts are cut from the canvas before it is cleansed, dyed & stone washed. The canvas is cut to pattern, screen printing applied and scraps of leather added for handles and trims. Our artisans then craft the nags to give us the finished article.where is this product made?
