Russ is the practical one. He makes the items for Your Upcycled Home in our workshop in the garden. He knows what will work and what won't work of Jill's ideas. He also deals with shipping and logistics. He likes chocolate and drag racing.

Jill
Ideas & Thinking
Jill is the ideas person. She works in the home office on new products, marketing and finance. She sometimes has impractical ideas that Russ says are physically impossible to make. She also sources the items for Your Vintage Home. She likes crisps and handbags.
Dylan
Head of Barketing
Dylan likes to bark, eat chicken, do puzzles and play with his friends in the park. His favourite food is green beans. Woof!
Hi, we are Russ, Jill & Dylan
We decided to set up a business where we could all work together, use our skills and experiences and be as responsible and sustainable as possible.
A few years ago we were on a trip to America and came across a shop selling furniture made out of old aeroplane engine parts and wheels. It was repurposed but beautiful. It stuck in our minds. Fast forward a few years and we decided to create our own version of this - Your Upcycled Home.

Your Vintage Home was added to our brand portfolio in 2025 as a way of adding more products without Russ having to work a nightshift as well as a dayshift!
